After suffering from an adverse reaction to medication for a sinus infection, Dr. Hager began searching for a more natural, holistic approach to healthcare. She found chiropractic and nutrition to be effective, not only for the issues associated with the sinus infection, but for her whole-body health as well. She decided to dedicate her life to these forms of treatment in order to guide others to optimal health. Dr. Hager provides high quality, patient-focused care. She designs specific treatment plans unique to the individual needs of each patient that emphasize active patient participation and education.
After earning her D.C (Doctor of Chiropractic) from the University of Bridgeport, Dr. Hager went on to work for multiple practices in Stamford, Shelton, even branching out to Brooklyn and New Jersey, before opening her own practice initially in Wilton and finally settling down in the community she also calls home in Fairfield.
In addition to having her Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Hager is also a certified A.C.N (Applied Clinical Nutritionist) through Texas Chiropractic College, a Reiki Master Teacher and Registered Yoga Teacher (eRYT-500) in Vinyasa Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Pre/Post Natal Yoga. Additionally, Dr. Hager holds certifications in NRT (Nutrition Response Testing), B.E.S.T. (BioEnergetic Synchronization Technique) and Webster Technique.
Dr. Hager uses her own unique blend of Functional Medicine & Traditional Chiropractic techniques to treat a multitude of health issues. She works with people of all ages from zero to 99+ who struggle with hormonal issues, fatigue, sleep problems, weight issues, fertility issues, chronic stress, anxiety issues, and other chronic health problems to find relief and better health.
Dr. Hager is an avid yoga practitioner and teacher. She teaches public classes at Bend Yoga and Wellness in Milford, CT and Yoga Shala in Fairfield, CT. She lives in Fairfield with her husband, two kids and their dog.
